We kicked off the meeting with a 30-minute group workout. Then we had a group discussion/Q&A focusing on fitness tips, nutrition/meal planning tips, the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, and strategies to help you develop healthy habits that will LAST!

This was a super fun, casual evening!
